On September 27th, the “CHUTIANHAO” Tea Overseas Strategy Seminar was held in Wuhan. Sun Wei, Chairman of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference and Head of the Provincial Tea Industry Chain, attended the seminar and presented awards to the winners of the 3rd "Chu Tea Cup" Doucha Competition in Hubei Province.

Hubei is the hometown of the tea ancestor Shennong and a millennium tea town, with unique resource endowments and profound cultural heritage.  

The attending guests discussed the export plan of Hubei tea and conspired with Chutian to develop good tea. They unanimously agreed to strengthen strategic guidance, draw a "roadmap" for going global, cultivate and activate momentum through hierarchical cultivation, support leading demonstration and guidance, promote small and medium-sized enterprises to "go global together" through alliances and resource sharing, and build a multi-level matrix of going global entities. We need to strengthen the foundation of quality, polish the "golden brand" of Chu tea, strictly adhere to the quality lifeline, enhance the competitiveness of tea culture, strengthen technological support, and continuously increase added value driven by innovation. We need to strengthen marketing innovation, open up new channels for going global, accurately connect with global demand, embrace the wave of digital trade, promote the integration of tea culture and tourism, expand channels through external intelligence, and accelerate the localization of the market to break through the impasse. We need to strengthen service guarantees, build a strong backing for going global, establish an information sharing platform, create a composite talent chain, innovate financial support, activate the role of associations as links, and establish a rapid response mechanism for cross domain issues.

Ma Xuming, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee, Wang Qing, President of China Tea Circulation Association, Liu Zhonghua, Academician of the CAE Member and President of Hunan Normal University, delivered speeches respectively. Zeng Yijing, Chief Representative of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council for the Greater Bay Area and Central China, and Ian Gibbs, Chairman of the International Tea Committee and International Recommendation Officer for “CHUTIANHAO” Tea, delivered keynote speeches. French tea experts and representatives from Harney&Sons in the United States respectively introduced the market situation in Europe and North America. The head of the Provincial Tea Association made relevant announcements, and Yichang Tea Group shared its innovative development ideas for the tea industry. Tu Yuanchao, Secretary General of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference, and others participated in the event. As a representative enterprise of “CHUTIANHAO” Tea's overseas activities, the group showcased its “CHUTIANHAO” Tea product system on site through a dual track model of "traditional craftsmanship+modern innovation".
