Brewing Recommendations:
Brewing Method: First, rinse the tea twice with boiling water at 100°C (212°F) to awaken the tea leaves). Then brew with boiling water and steep for 30 seconds before pouring out the tea soup. The steeping time can be adjusted according to personal taste.
Simmering Method: Bring water to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes until the tea soup turns reddish-brown and the aroma overflows. If you prefer a stronger taste, you can appropriately extend the simmering time, but avoid over-simmering as it may make the tea soup bitter.
Suitable Scenarios: It is mostly drunk after meals, especially suitable for consumption after eating greasy food to aid digestion and relieve greasiness.
